Every setup is dialled in for your load and use case — whether you're running a rooftop tent and canopy on the Hartbeespoort passes or tackling the Limpopo bush. We also handle GVM certification for legal load-carrying compliance.

Underbody & Chassis Protection

Rocks, stumps, and deep ruts are the enemy of your sump, transfer case, and fuel tank. Our underbody armour packages use 4mm to 6mm steel plating to shield your vehicle's most vulnerable components — fitted flush to the chassis for maximum clearance and minimum drag. All plates are powder-coated or finished in raw steel with rust inhibitor, and designed to be removable for servicing.

Not always, but it depends on your vehicle and how you load it. A GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) upgrade legally increases your vehicle's rated carrying capacity — essential if you're running a canopy, rooftop tent, and full overland kit. We'll assess your setup and advise whether a GVM upgrade is necessary for your use case.
Quality bullbars are designed to be sensor-compatible. We only fit bars that are engineered for your specific vehicle platform, preserving factory parking sensors, fog lights, and crash sensor calibration. We do not fit generic universal bars that compromise safety systems.
Most single-item fitments — a bullbar, a lightbar, or a roof rack — are completed in a half-day. Full overland builds or combined packages (protection + suspension + electrical) typically take one to two days. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you request a quote.
Yes. All fitment work carries a workmanship warranty. Product warranties are passed through from the manufacturer — most major brands offer 12 to 24 months on parts. We'll walk you through the specific warranty terms for your chosen products at quote stage.

We're based in Kosmos, North West — about 15 minutes from Hartbeespoort Dam. We don't currently offer mobile fitment, so all work is done at our workshop. Customers travel to us from across North West, Gauteng, and beyond — the drive is worth it.
